Sixling Gin Fizz
- 50ml Sixling Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 25ml Club Soda
- 1 Egg White
Step 1
Add Sixling gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and 1 egg white to your cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
Step 2
Add 3/4 ice cubes and shake.
Step 3
Pour into a chilled glass and simply top with club soda creating the perfect Sixling gin fizz.
